Child Safety Standards

FreeMarriage.com and the FreeMarriage app are for adults looking for a marriage partner. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to everyone who uses the FreeMarriage.com website or the FreeMarriage app for Android, both run by SERVEROK SOFTWARE.

What is not allowed

Any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers children is forbidden, including:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, edited or AI-generated images
  • grooming, or any attempt to contact a child for sexual purposes
  • sexualising minors in photos, profiles or messages
  • sextortion, trafficking, or arranging a marriage for anyone under the legal age

Adults only

You must be 18 or older to create a profile. Sign-up asks for your date of birth and refuses anyone under 18. Profiles of anyone we find to be under 18 are removed.

How we keep children safe

  • Our team reviews new profiles, and every photo is checked before other members can see it.
  • Messages are checked for spam and abuse, and members can block anyone who contacts them.
  • Reports about child safety are reviewed first.

How to report

If you see a profile, photo or message that involves a child, or believe a member is under 18:

  • On the profile, on the website or in the app, choose Report and the reason Under 18 or child safety concern.
  • For messages, open the conversation and choose Report Spam, then Block User.
  • Or email support@serverok.in with "Child safety" in the subject.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

What we do with reports

We remove the content and the account, keep the evidence needed by the authorities, and report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement in the country concerned. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
